While we're bummed that your product didn't work out, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot except returns, exchanges, or process refunds.
How long will my order take to ship?
Almost 100% of products ship within 5 business days, while 50% ships in 3 business days or fewer.
Is it possible to buy merch at Olde City Escape Games' physical venue?
Yes! We now carry our t-shirts in-store and hope to offer more in-store products in the near future. Please stay tuned :)
